Does This Cover Hardware?

Our system is designed to keep your computer running fast and optimize the efficiency of its use of the current hardware, which can extend the life of the system.  However, in the event of a failure, or need to replace hardware, that would be an additional cost.  In most cases, we can alert you to these hardware failures before they happen so you can plan to get it taken care of before it becomes a burden on your life or your business.

If you subscribe to our proactive maintenance plan that we call Worry Free IT, we will help you get things set up and ensure the maintenance package is working well for you – and help you get your antivirus installed if you choose to turn on that feature of our program.  We will continually improve and proactively maintain the system from that point forward and will alert you of anything that requires your attention.  If you do require assistance, we will gladly work with you remotely to resolve most issues, and you will be charged our normal rate in 15 minute increments.

We offer a managed antivirus solution that is state of the art, and will keep your computer safe.  This comes with the package, but is optional – you can use your own antivirus if you prefer.  In addition to that, by keeping your system up to date, clean of infections, and proactively maintained, it makes it just that much harder for malware and other cybersecurity concerns to pose a threat to your performance and productivity.

Your data is safe on your system and we are able to help you back it up as well should you choose to add that option.  Our secure cloud backup system is fully integrated with the Worry Free IT service and you will be able to access and restore files on your own if desired, or we can help you in those events. We back up your entire machine and store 30 revisions just in case something gets corrupted or ransomware finds its way into your data, and we need to restore from previous data states to recover files.  We will monitor your backups for you and alert you in case something isn’t working right, or we see issues.
